REASONS FOR HANDLING DATA
The provision of personal information will enable us to:
- respond to requests
- provide the services as presented on the site
- send information about the activities and services of Trenti S.S.
- send information bulletins or newsletters
- check the quality of services
- ensure compliance with accounting and tax payments
- trace alleged offenders upon receiving specific requests from the competent authorities
- collect and use curricula to meet the supply and demand of work
- process personal data following subscription to specific services
DATA HANDLING METHODS
Data handling (in particular for operations of registration, organization, storage, processing, blocking, modification, use, interconnection, communication, distribution, deletion, destruction, selection, extraction, comparison, including disclosure to third parties where necessary) will be computerized.
COMMUNICATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF DATA
Personal data will not be communicated or distributed to third parties.
ACCESS TO DATA AND MINIMAL SECURITY MEASURES
Trenti S.S. holds the processed personal data in such a way as to minimize the risk of destruction or loss, also accidentally, and furthermore prevents unauthorized access or data handling which does not conform to the purposes of collection. To this end it has established appropriate security measures regarding the information provided in the light of technical progress, the nature of the data and the specific characteristics of the data handling in accordance with DPR 318/99.
CONTRIBUTION OF DATA
The submittal of personal data (such as email addresses) is required in order to access services and products available on the site. The submittal of this data is optional, but refusal to provide this information means it will not be possible to provide the services in question.
Article 7, Legislative Decree n° 196/03
RIGHT TO ACCESS PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS
1.The individual has the right to obtain confirmation of the possible existence of personal data concerning them, even if they are not yet recorded, and any notification of the said data must be in intelligible form.
2. The individual has the right to be informed about:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and the method of handling;
c) the logic applied in the case of data handling with the help of electronic means;
d) the identity of the holder and the representatives appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated, or who may have access to the data in the role of appointed representative of the State, managers or agents.
3. The individual has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, correction or, when necessary, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or halting of unlawfully handled data, including those which need not be kept in relation to the purpose for which the data were gathered or subsequently handled;
c) the declaration that the operations mentioned in items a) and b) together with their contents have been made known to those to whom the data were communicated or distributed, except in the case where this proves to be impossible or involves a omission of means which is manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The individual has the right to refuse, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, the handling of their own personal data, even though these are pertinent to the purpose of gathering;
b) the handling of their own personal data in relation to the mailing of advertising material, direct sales, market research or business communication.
